Chicken Kothu Perotta

Today I am sharing the recipe of kothu parotta. It is a popular South Indian food item. These are prepared with chicken or egg along with shredded parottas. You can use freshly prepared parotta or leftover parotta.  Please click below for quick video: INGREDIENTS Perotta- 2 nos, shredded  Chicken(Cooked with turmeric  powder, pepper powder and salt) - 1/2 cup shredded Onion- 1 no, chopped  Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon  Green Chilly - 1 no, chopped  Tomato - 1 no, small, chopped  Curry Leaves - few Coriander leaves - few Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon Chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 3/4  teaspoon Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon Oil - 2  Tablespoons INSTRUCTIONS Firstly, heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves. Saute well until raw smell has gone. Then, add green chilly and saute for a while. Now put chopped onions along with some salt and saute until it becomes transparent. Then add turmeric powder, chil
