Healthy Cucumber Milk Shake
Today I am posting a healthy milkshake with healthy cucumber and milk. Cucumber is one of the best veggies for our overall body's health. Though commonly thought to be a vegetable, cucumber is actually a fruit. It's high in beneficial nutrients, as well as certain plant compounds and antioxidants that may help treat and even prevent some conditions. Also, cucumber is low in calories but high in many important vitamins and minerals. Also, it contains a good amount of water and soluble fibre, making them ideal for promoting hydration and aiding in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS
- Cucumber - 1/2 portion of medium-sized
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Milk Powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Cardamom - 3 pods
- Sugar - 1/4 Cup
- Cold Water- 1/2 cup
- Basil seeds
- Firstly take the cucumber and then peel the skin.
- Rinse well in water.
- Cut the half portion of cucumber into pieces.
- Then transfer the cucumber to a blender.
- Add milk, milk powder, cardamom, sugar and cold water to it.
- Blend well.
- Transfer this to serving glasses.
- Finally, put the soaked basil seeds to the serving glasses and serve immediately.
