Chilled Vermicelli Kheer

INGREDIENTS
- Milk - 2 cups
- Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice Cream - a scoop, vanilla flavored
- Pomegranate
- Boil milk in a saucepan.
- Add vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook well.
- Also, add sugar for sweetness.
- Once it's cooked add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
- Allow to cool down.
- Now add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and mix well.
- Finally, add some pomegranate seeds.
- Keep this in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled with ice cream.
BONUS TIPS
- Use any flavor of ice cream.
- You can use condensed milk instead of sugar.
