Chilled Vermicelli Kheer

INGREDIENTS
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ice Cream - a scoop, vanilla flavored
  • Pomegranate 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Boil milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook well.
  3. Also, add sugar for sweetness.
  4. Once it's cooked add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  5. Allow to cool down.
  6. Now add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and mix well.
  7. Finally, add some pomegranate seeds.
  8. Keep this in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled with ice cream.
BONUS TIPS
  • Use any flavor of ice cream.
  • You can use condensed milk instead of sugar.
